Energetic, Passionate and Dedicated to serve the Ratepayers.I served Otay Water District for over 31 years as Engineering Public Services Manager, and I reside in Division 5. I have extensive knowledge of issues and concerns of the Ratepayers. I will use my extensive experience of budgeting, management, engineering and planning to meet the District's problems and concerns related to water, sewer and recycled services. I have over 35 years of engineering experience which I use to solve the District's challenging issues in water supply. If I am elected I will focus on the following: Fiscal Responsibility: I am a customer just like you. I want to know that when I pay my water bill I am not paying more because of someone's decision to spend more. I am extremely cost-conscious and will implement this mindset when deciding how to allocate the District funds. Reliable Service: The Water District must provide safe, reliable drinking water to our homes and adequate pressure for fire flow to our streets. Open Communication: The Water District exists to serve in the best interest of its Ratepayers. You should have a say in how the District is run. |
