1. Our customers' expectation for us to provide reliable and safe water that protect public health must not be ignored. Their rights to have their utility provide efficient and secure and the needs for their future needs should be respected.
2. Water agencies cannot remain independent. They should pursue relationships with neighboring agencies and create partnerships with private market to assist public utilities in becoming more efficient.
3. Our water services should be well managed structured and must be responsive to the needs of our community. Elected officials and employees are obligated and deserve the community's input and advice in our planning process.
