Jerry supported the Oceanside City Charter. This charter has already saved the taxpayers ONE MILLION DOLLARS, and will save millions in the future.

Jerry will continue to make tough budget decisions and insist that EVERY city employee be required to pay their share of their own pension and stop having taxpayers pick up the tab.
