I was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, transfering to California in 1983 in a job related move. I have been active in various business related organizations, my church, and Republican politics. I was the coach of a girls basketball team for six years in the 1990's.

I have been married for nearly 35 years and have two grown daughters.

I am concerned with the direction of California as a place to live and work for myself and my family. I would like to think that California will grow in a direction that will allow my daughters to prosper in their lives as it has allowed me to do so in mine. This hope is what drives me to want to continue to work for the Republican Party and for the future of our state.
