What caused the deficit? Where do we stand now? These questions must be answered to plan for the future.
An outside audit needs to be conducted of where the distict has been and where it is now, so we can more accurately plan the future, is such a large increase necessary? . . .Is the time frame too short? Without an accurate accounting, we can't be sure. New development should at least pay for itself, not be subsidized by current residents.
