Why I Should Be Elected Judge

I am uniquely qualified for a position as a Judge on the bench of the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas. My experience in the Courtroom and in public service sets me apart from all of the other candidates.

I have also been a devoted public servant as a Republican member of the Rutledge Borough Council from 1997 to 2005, and as the elected Mayor from 2006 to present. As a Councilman and now Mayor, it has been my responsibility to take over every task requested, and as the finance chairman, I have consistently proposed budgets with no tax increases.

If elected Judge, I will work tirelessly to bring justice to the residents of Delaware County. Justice includes being able to count on me to decide your case based upon the law, and not public opinion or a prevailing political point of view. It also includes giving litigants respect and allowing them their day in Court. Most importantly, I will work to move cases through the court system and reduce the time it takes to hear and decide cases, including the time you wait inside a courtroom to have your case heard. I know that it costs litigants large sums of money to hire lawyers and appear in Court.
