I am the only Conservative Candidate

There was one debate held in Swarthmore, and it proved that I am the only conservative candidate running for Judge.
I was the only Republican to appear in liberal Swarthmore for the Democracy Unplugged debate, and I was clearly the candidate with the most judicial experience. I was asked by a citizen what makes me a conservative. I responded that I am a Christian man, that I am pro-life, pro-gun, that marriage is a union between a man and a woman, and that my yes means yes and my no means no. Where do the other Republican candidates stand on these issues? You will never know as they don't have the courage to stand up for what they believe in.

I was also the only candidate to publicly state that I have refused to accept any campaign contributions from lawyers who will appear before me. Although it is legal for Judges to accept campaign contributions from lawyers, I have always stated that impartiality is lost because Judges accept money from the lawyers who appear before them. All of the other candidates have been actively soliciting money from the lawyers in Delaware County, and many lawyers have made contributions. If you vote for any candidate who accepts money from a lawyer who could argue a case against you as a party to a dispute, you will get what you asked for, and it may not be pretty. Money paid by lawyers to Judges has ruined the impartiality of justice. Justice must be blind!

I faced the voters, and I received praise from several observers that told me that they didn't like my positions on the above issues until they heard me articulate them in person. There is hope for us all.

I will always be there to serve the citizens of Delaware County. My yes has always been yes, and my no has always been no. Your support of my candidacy is a vote for justice.
