As an academically distinguished school district, we can continue to accept generous supportand/or subsidies from the Dixie School Foundation, parcel taxes, and state and federal allotments.
The Dixie Schools in Marin have achieved top ranking test scores locally and in SAR exams. The present parcel tax in addition to our local, state, and federal allotments allow our current certified and classified staff to motivate and instruct all our students in alignment with top academic and extra-curricular goals. Review and possibly amend NCLB prior to 3/2007 to insure regulation and enlargement of funds to pay for paraprofessionals and ELL on sight staffing.
We shall continue to ensure ethical and economic accountability during my term of office. We can think of each child equally as a social and ethical being. (About ninety percent[90%]of bay area educators believe that this teaching concept is important.) Thus, by implementing this idea, the board strengthens our teachers and administrative efforts to instill fine academic foundations. In addition, motivation of home and land owners to appreciate equal standards and thus continue their fiscal, emotional, and intellectual support.
