Through the effective transformation of organizations who are struggling to meet budgetary limitations, my entire career (16+ years) has been focused on reducing cost while improving service.

Torrance faces similar challenges right now, and I am certain that I can help Torrance to effectively manage through these difficult fiscal challenges while continuing to improve the quality of education for our students.

I was raised by a former Torrance teacher, and I clearly understand the challenges that teachers face. Teachers have the greatest influence over the quality of our students education. We owe it to our teachers to make sure that they have a safe and productive work environment that allows them to focus on our student's education.
