Continue to increase Signal Hill's revenue base, keeping the City Budget Balanced with a healthy reserve without increasing Taxes or a Utility Taxes. Continue better Conflict Resolution in lowering lawsuits and attorney fees, saving taxpayers money. Continue to bring in New Business & New Jobs, helps contribute to Signal Hill's overall economy. Continue working to acquire Grant Funding for construction of a new Police Station & Library. Work with the Police Blue Ribbon Committee to meet the future police needs. |
