An educator himself, Ken Wagman has taught mathematics for 14 years at Gavilan College in Gilroy. Ken has lived in Santa Cruz for 29 years. He received a B.S. in Mathematics in 1978 and a M.S. in Applied Mathematics in 1990, both from UC Santa Cruz. Before settling into his tenured position at Gavilan College, he taught mathematics as a lecturer at UC Santa Cruz and at Cabrillo College. His wife, Branwyn, works at UC Santa Cruz. His daughter attends Santa Cruz High School, and his son goes to Mission Hill Middle School. Both kids have thrived throughout their careers in our public schools. |
