On Nov. 4, voters can set the council back on course -- and end the soap opera -- by electing Dena Mossar, Bern Beecham, Judy Kleinberg and LaDoris Cordell. Incumbents Mossar, Beecham and Kleinberg are solid contributors both locally and regionally. Beecham, 54, is a regional leader on two important matters most Palo Altans don't think much about -- utilities and water. The city needs his expertise.
