A 46 year old romance I have had a 46 year old romance with the city of Riverside and its people. Riverside has been good to me and I feel the time has arrived to give back two fold. There is no greater assest to any community than its people and they deserve the best the world has to offer. My goal is a safe and prosperous city to achieve this goal will rely on a 100% buy in to a program I have been dealing with for 30 years. It is called TQM (Total quality management) I started on this venture in 1973 and businesses that have adapted to this program have become a profitable enterprise. Now is a turning point for Riverside to adapt to a program that will eliminate the old and familar words like lack of funding, and heavier taxation on the people for additional revenues. This type of thinking was of the 20 century and has no place in the 21st century. Life should be uncomplicated as humanly possible. Everyone deserves a chance to have the best the world has to offer. |
