I believe and promote an open and accessible government.

Everyone should receive a fair "shake" - with respect.

All governmental activities should be fully exposed to sunlight.

I am fiscally conservative. Our city is spending your money and mine, and it should be for the public good.

New projects must balance costs, returns, and risk.

San Juan Capistrano first and foremost.

My moto is "Family, Community, Tradition."

Re-Elect David Swerdlin to the City Council of San Juan Capistrano.
