- Currently Chair of the Monterey County Water Pollution Control Agency Board of Directors.
- Board Member on the Commission on the Status of Women for Monterey County. Graduate of the Salinas Leadership Program.
- Board Member for the North Monterey County Water Issues CAC.
- Speech Pathologist Retired from Private Practice as well as Director/Owner of Learning Center.

- Top priority is regular dredging of the harbor.
- 2nd is maintenance and ongoing updating of the harbor infastructure.
- 3rd is finding sources of funding in order to keep berth rates down and at the same time keep the harbor solvent and vital.

The Moss Landing Harbor District Commission is responsible to all the users of the harbor, the commercial fishing industry, the recreation and sport fishing population, the educational and research areas as well as the industrial and other business related entities.
