Qualifications: US. Navy 4 Years, Greyhound Driver 14 Years, Experience Law Enforcement 14 Years, Retired Monterey County Deputy Sheriff, Commerical Truck Driver 11 years. Native resident Salinas 61 Years, and what will become District 5, last 32 years. Wife Barbara, sons, Greg and Dale, also natives.
