Bring developers and businesses that make a lot of sense in our community. Offer reaasonable incentives to relocate
We have approximately 2 dozens of development that is happening now and in the future. These projects are combination of commercial, light industrial and residential development: Example Hercules Marina. This project will have commercial, retail, multi-used and single residentials. There is a proposed commuter train station that is almost fully funded by the state. A ferry building and restaurant establisbment are also in the master plan. As a planning commisioner we deliberated the best usage for our marina. This project will bring additional sales tax revenues for our city.

The biggest challenge as of today is the Waste Water Treatment that we are sharing with City of Pinole. There are three options that need to be considered in a very short time: 1. Renegotiate with the City of Pinole in a way that both cities have capacity control. 2. Build our own treatment plant. 3. Other resources like EDMUD.

As a memebr of the city council, I am going to expedite the completion of this project so that the economic development will not be impacted. Implement the most economical, state of the art waste water treatment available. It has to be practical and economically feasible for our community.
