The office of Superior Court Judge is a non-partisan positon.

I believe that a judge must in all instances apply and follow the law of California, its Constitution and the U.S. Constitution. Law constitutes the rules by which the citizens of our community are to act towards one another in all aspects of our society, family, business, and otherwise, to promote civility and safety. The law must be applied equally to all persons without favor. No crime should go unpunished and all victims deserve full restitution. Convicted killers, child molestors, and rapists must go to prison. To compromise the law is to diminish our society; the law should not be compromised. All litigants, witnesses, victims, jurors, attorneys, and other persons coming before the Court must be treated with courtesy and respect. These are principles I believe in, and how I will serve you as a Judge of your Superior Court.

I will be honored to receive your vote on March 7 . Thank-You.
