Steven G. Mac Cubbin, Age 47 Novato has been home for all of my adult life, moving here in 1973 as a newly wed with childhood sweetheart, Lisa. I have been associated with the Novato Fire Protection District in one way or another for the past 22 years, starting as a volunteer firefighter in 1977. In 1995, I was appointed to the Fire District Board to complete the term of retiring Director Hank Alvernaz. In 1996 I ran for, and was elected to, a four-year term. I am curently employed with NorthPoint Communications as Director of Service Support in San Francisco. I have a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and I am certified as a California Firefighter II. |
