To have an excellent community you need to have long term planning
Foster has been active in long term planning for the City for over 30 years, beginning with initial establishment of a sewer plant with Gilroy in the 1960's, to the construction of Live Oak High School, the Redevelopment of the Downtown, the adoption of the South Valley Plan and the passage of Measure C last spring to build more community facilities over the next 10 years. This type of long range planning insures that the quality of life in Morgan Hill will continue and improve.
