Listening to the Citizens

As a Council Member for the City of Morgan Hill, Foster is committed to the duty to listen to the voices of our Community.

My goal is to develop consensus in our community, even with controversial issues: we must continually look for solutions that are creative and effective.

I have lived and practiced law in Morgan Hill since 1965.My wife Nancy and I raised our sons in this truly special place. Our son, Del, and his wife, now live here with their family, raising three children. Our son Chris and his wife Tracy live here also. We our committed to this community today and tomorrow. We will always strive to maintain and improve this community.
