Webster is the Orange County Assistant Assessor. He is an experienced private and public sector business manager. Webster started his public career with Orange County after a career of technical and business management work. He provides business, fiscal,and technical management to the valuation of over 850,000 units of property annually.

Prior to his Orange County work, Webster had a distinguished career as a project manager for engineering, construction, and technical and computer systems development projects. Webster knows how to do real world work.

His experience is varied and brings together the successful applications of business, financial, and technical management. He is listed in Men of Achievement and Who's Who in Business Finance. Webster is a member of the National Performance Review Task Force, showing others how to use proven business management practices in government institutions.

His education includes a M.S. in Civil Structural Engineering and a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering with an emphasis in business/contract law, projects management, personnel administration,computer and information systems sciences, and telecommunications. Webster has exceptional knowledge of and experience with assessment practice, laws, and systems automation. He is a complete business manager and knows how to lead people to achieve exceptional results.

He has worked for the McDonnell Douglas, Holmes & Narver, and Systems Corporation providing business development, engineering services, systems automation, project management, and management consulting.

He brings a wealth of business management experience and technical skills to this job to avoid the problems that exist in many large bureaucratic organizations today.

Webster did his undergraduate work at Northrup University in California and his graduate work at the University of Southern California (USC). Webster has been involved for over twenty years with numerous technical organizations and public interest groups supporting youth motivation projects nationally as well as in Los Angeles and Orange counties. He has a son currently attending college in Southern California.
