Political Philosophy for Larry Wilson

I am financially conservative. I recognize the need to spend tax payers money wisely. I also believe that the people in this community want the District to provide programs that will protect the public health and safety, while at the same time protecting the environment and enhancing the quality of life. We need to do projects the right way, do them on time and on budget.
