Desmond Farrelly Biography City of residence: Visalia, California Age: 45 Education: Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Masters Degree in Business Administration(MBA)and Technology Management. California Teaching Credential. Occupation: Teacher/Educator/Farmer/Businessman.

Previous government experience: I served two stints on the Tulare County Democratic Central Committee, in 2000 and 2006 respectively. In addition I am a member of the 34AD Committee, that is comprised of the two divisions, one the North region which encompasses the majority of the South San Joaquin Valley in the District, and the Southern region which encompasses the District south of Barstow as far east as Inyo County. In 2006, I ran unopposed as the Democratic Party Nominee for the office of the California 34AD, against the then Republican incumbent.I am an Alumnus of both the College of Sequoias, as well as Fresno State University, and the University of Phoenix, Arizona. I hold a Bachelors degree in Information Systems, as well as a Masters degree in Business Administration with a minor in Technology Management. Formally, I taught English to matriculating college students overseas. I have been a private businesses owner as well as manager of IT Operations for a large facility. In addition to the IT industry, I have worked at school districts facilitating the Education of students.I am also an Educator in Tulare County.
