Measure A. Special Tax -- Cabrillo Unified School District (2/3 Vote Required)
3,505 / 61.4% Yes votes
2,202 / 38.6% No votes
In order to address its imminent budget shortfall arising from the State of California's economic crisis, shall the Cabrillo Unified School District levy a special tax of $75 on each parcel within the District for each of three years, exempting vacant parcels and parcels owned by individuals over 65, the proceeds to be used for preserving essential programs and services?

Measure B. Bond -- Redwood City Elementary School District (55% Vote Required)
8,946 / 64.9% Yes votes
4,828 / 35.1% No votes
In order to improve local schools by repairing school roofs, upgrading lighting with energy-saving equipment, providing access to disabled students, purchasing computers, improving fields to increase safety, and other building and equipment improvements as specified in the District's Bond Project List, shall the Redwood City Elementary School District issue $22,000,000 of bonds at legal interest rates subject to specified accountability measures, including a Citizen's Oversight Committee to monitor bond expenditures and review financial audits?

Measure C. Zoning Ordinance -- City of East Palo Alto (Majority Vote Required)
1,562 / 52.4% Yes votes
1,419 / 47.6% No votes
Shall an ordinance be adopted that:

(1) rezones 10.5 acre site in the Gateway/101 Corridor Redevelopment Project Area to General Commercial (C-2) to allow for regional retail use such as an IKEA store; and

(2) amends the Gateway/101 Corridor Specific Plan to allow an increase in square footage of General Commercial use, an increase in floor area ratio, an increase in height, an increase in building design flexibility, and allows multilevel parking to allow for regional retail use such as an IKEA store?
