  • Restore trust between the management of the Sheriff's Department, the rank and file, and the public we serve.
  • Give more authority to the individual Sheriff's stations to better work with the community to solve local problems.
  • Increase Spanish language skills by both recruiting more bilingual deputies and utilizing the DLI to teach Spanish to existing deputies.
