Trudell Een, Smart Voter Founding Project Director

The Smart Voter team is saddened by the death of Trudell Een on August 5, 2010. Our condolences to her loving husband, Amine Hajji, and their son Omar and daughter Soraya.

Tony Ridder, CEO and Chairman of the board of Knight Ridder, presented Smart Voter Director Trudell Een with the Tech Museum Laureate Award on October 15, 2003.

Trudell received a commendation award from the City of San Jose presented by Mayor Chuck Reed in April 2009 for her accomplishments while a member of LWV San Jose/Santa Clara. Trudell was the honoree at the League's Spring Luncheon for her service as Smart Voter Project Director and local League president.
