Measure B. Business Tax -- City of Tracy (Majority Approval Required)
Pass: 15,937 / 71.85% Yes votes ...... 6,244 / 28.15% No votes
To ensure large businesses pay a proportionate share and provide funding for City services such as: repairing potholes/streets; keeping public areas healthy/safe/clean; maintaining neighborhood police patrols/9-1-1 emergency response/fire protection; supporting our economy/ general government use, shall the measure to update the City of Tracy business taxes be adopted with typical rates between 0.1% and 0.3% of gross receipts, as described in the measure, providing an additional $3,200,000 annually, until ended by voters?

Measure C. School Bond -- Stockton Unified School District (55% Approval Required)
Pass: 20,882 / 70.73% Yes votes ...... 8,641 / 29.27% No votes
To improve local schools with funds that cannot be taken by the State, shall Stockton Unified School District's measure to expand career/technical education training facilities including engineering, health care and information technology; repair roofs/plumbing; and improve student safety/classroom security be adopted, authorizing $215 million of bonds with legal rates, projected levies averaging below 5¢/$100 of assessed valuation (averaging $14 million/year for 28 years), annual audits, independent oversight and no increase in current taxes?
