athletic facilities; repairing, constructing, equipping/acquiring educational facilities to prepare
students for college/careers, shall Central Union High School District issue $30,000,000 in bonds,
at legal rates, requiring audits, citizens' oversight, no money for administrators' salaries/all funds used locally?
