We must vigorously pursue sound and balanced economic development to generate the revenue required to pay down unfunded liabilities. A lot of progress has been made but we can do better. Public safety is paramount as a safe city retains and attracts new business and residents. Infrastucture must be sound and we mandate 15% of our budget by Charter to infrastructure. |
