Answer from Ling-Ling Chang: I am the only candidate with experience in water policy. California's water crisis and drought are real. We should be the world's leader in using technology to manage the existing resources we have, as well as finding responsible opportunities to increase reliable water storage and delivery in California. And, instead of worrying about the 3-inch-long Delta Smelt, let's get water flowing to the Central Valley, so our multi-billion dollar agriculture industry can focus on feeding America.

Answer from Ling-Ling Chang: I strongly oppose the $68 billion high-speed rail boondoggle as do most Californians. It's time to let the public vote on this issue again as voters have clearly changed their minds after learning more about what a gigantic waste of money it is.
