A Judges must care about the people who come before them: Chip has a more than 30 year history of serving the community through Charities, Educational & Civic Organizations and Non Profits. He has a long history of being there for us.

A Judge must have a good temperament: Chip is well known for his kind, even and fair disposition.

A Judge must be dependable: Chip is extremely dependable. No one knows better than Chip's lifelong friends, his Wife of 31 years and his peers at the Delaware County Bar Association who Voted him "Well Qualified" to be Judge.

A Judge must possess Wisdom: Chip has had a great career; he turns 60 years old this year. He feels that by being Judge he can give back to his community. He is a lifelong resident of Delaware County. Using all of his experience and other mentioned attributes, he has the wisdom that is necessary.
