We need to make sure that the budget agreements negotiated by this council with the unions continues to preserve our police. Provides incentives to fill stores and vacant properties. Provide safe places to gather. Make it easier to use new tools like smart phones to report and detect burglaries and potholes.

Address school traffic on Ralston. Provide connected transportation choices. Develop safe routes to school, work and play. Design safe connected sidewalks for children, disabled, seniors, and moms with strollers.

Create quality jobs for our youth and older workers with a busy downtown that invites people to gather, shop and work. Provide low interest loans to small business' that employ local residents. Develop an accelerator program for successful business.
