The top priority for Las Gallinas Valley Sanitary District (LGVSD) should be to achieve our zero-spill goal. Last year, over 50,000 gallons of raw sewage spilled into our neighborhoods. More than 10,000 gallons of raw sewage flowed into the Bay. We must repair our aging treatment plant, pipes and pump stations. |
