In order to learn effectively, students need a safe, stable, drama-free environment. They need to see the value and relevance of education, and want to learn.

In order to teach effectively, educators need a consistent, supportive administration. We want to draw highly qualified educators to our district, and we need them to stay here.

Parents are more likely to be involved in their children's education if they've built a relationship with school personnel that they know and trust. As a parent, I want to know the people my children are spending their time with and being influenced by.

The school board sets the tone for the whole district. It's essential that all members work together as a team.
