Where is the money?

Operational Audit- Food Services in El Rancho Unified School District typically runs in the deficit. Where other Districts experience the Food Services Department operating in the negative. The Audit will explore how the Business Department spends District monies and how we can improve on capturing every dollar in the district. This is just one of many areas I am focusing on in our District.

Bond Audit- For the first time, our District will work on a Master Plan to outline the spending of bond monies our community so graciously voted yes to four years ago. I have supported our Citizen's Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC)to take a more active role and work with the board members so we can get some new Academic classrooms, Science Labs, Performing Arts building, cafeterias and sports fields built and maintained, and bring our schools into the 21st Century.
