State Representative; Pennsylvania State House of Representatives; District 105

Kelly McEntee is a native of Ohio and has been a resident of Pennsylvania since 2005 and Dauphin County since 2009. She is a graduate of the Ohio State University College of Engineering in Civil Engineering. She is currently employed by Honeywell in York as a Quality Engineer in a plant that manufactures industrial control products. She worked previously in aerial surveying and mapping in Ohio state government and for federal contractors of digital geospatial data in Maryland, Virginia, and California. Her career was first technical but has specialized in quality management in both engineering services and manufacturing.

Kelly serves as a volunteer for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and their South Central Pennsylvania Chapter-in-formation. This work includes fundraising for suicide prevention efforts in the area to train educators, serving as a member of the Pennsylvania Youth Suicide Prevention Advisory Committee, and advocating to both the federal and state legislatures for support and funding for suicide prevention and mental health support. She was also recently chosen to serve on the Board of Directors for the newly formed Pennsylvania Adult/Older Adult Suicide Prevention Coalition. She currently facilitates two local monthly peer-to-peer support groups for those who have lost a loved one to suicide and is involved in founding a national online support group specifically for those in the LGBT community who have lost a loved one to suicide.

Kelly is the current Secretary of the Dauphin County Democratic Party, Vice Chair of the Capital Region Stonewall Democrats, Democratic Committee Woman for Lower Paxton Township Precinct 04, and a charter member of the new Linglestown Area Civic Association. Kelly has also been a member and volunteer for the Central Pennsylvania Womyn's Chorus and the Central Dauphin RamBand Boosters.

Kelly and her partner, Angela Dicks, live in Linglestown with their many pets and are recent empty-nesters with adult sons living in the area.
