Helix Water District is publicly owned and operated to provide you with the higest quality of water and the best possible service all at a reasonable cost. As your Board Member in Division 5 I am committed to:
- Continue to maintain a good working relationship with the San Diego County Water Authority in planning for alternative supplies.
- Maintain the highest water quality in Southern California through the Levy Treatment Plant Ozonation Process.
- Continue to maintain the annual Capital Improvement Program (CIP: in the 9th year of a very sucessful 13 year program) that keeps our vast distribution system, tanks and pumping stations in the best possible condition for service reliability and water quality.
- Work cooperatively with the County, Cities and other agencies.
- Continue to set high standards for all our highly skilled employees.
