Will advocate legislatively at federal and state level to protect hospital resources, preventing further Medicare/MediCal cuts in reimbursements affecting patient care. Support monetary assistance for access to care for uninsured and underinsured. Advocate collaboration with other healthcare providers and Community Clinics for healthcare for uninsured/underinsured. Pursued leadership changes in 2009 to improve finances, market share of patients, Service Expansions, Cardiac, NeuroSpinal, Orthopaedic, Oncology, Physician Specialists and Family Practitioners, meeting needs of the community.

Support engagement of Physician, Nurses and Community for planning patient services.

Financial Literacy necessary when accessing operations, balance sheet, strength of debt services covenants for Strategic Planning.

Support CEO with demonstrated expertise to navigate the roiling changes in healthcare. Link compensation increases to philosophy, goals, financial growth, service expansions, quality care, patient satisfaction, clinical outcomes.
