Stop the district(Valley & Crafton) from hiking your property tax and wasting your money!!

• The San Bernardino County Community College dist operates Valley & Crafton Colleges. Look at your property tax bill. There's a line for "San Bernardino Comm College" You pay $37.30 for every $100,000 of value of your property. The dist wants to raise that by 50%.

• Even worse is the way they spend your money. Instead of classes for job training or getting students ready for a 4 year college, they offer classes like "walking" for 2 years. Even worse, the dist has $1.25 Billion in debt that costs $34,600,000 each year to pay for 36 years. The interest rate is 7-10 time the amount borrowed, but a homeowner only pays about 2 times the loan. The current board wants to load down the district with another Billion in bond debt.

• The dist has cut 20% of enrollment in 4 years. This years budget cut 1000 students while giving a TV station $1 Million and giving $3.2 Million in raises to employees.
