City Council Laguna Niguel

I recently served as a board member for the Moulton Niguel Water District where we increased water reliability from a dangerous level to a secure system via a variety of projects and upgrades.

I served as the chairman of the Investment Committee managing over one hundred million in assets. Additionally, I was chairman of the Engineering Committee overseeing the significant district upgrades and infrastructure projects.

I graduated from California State University Fullerton with a Bachelors degree in Business Management and received my Masters from Azusa Pacific University.

I was president of Western Electronic Products, a manufacturer of electronic equipment, and for the past 15 years I have been the Broker of English Realty, a local brokerage firm.

Laguna Niguel is fortunate to have a superb city council with prudent leadership and I intend to serve with a sense of humility and honor to be associated with such an admirable set of community leaders.
