The City of Orange is facing unfunded pension, leave and other benefit obligations to it's employees which, if not addressed immediately, could put Orange in a similar position as other California cities who have filed for bankruptcy. The City Council needs a member with the financial background to understand this complicated issue and lead the action to prevent it's eventuality. I am the only candidate for council with the required background. |
