Councilmember; City of Del Rey Oaks

Reevaluate and reassess our present position in planning the development of the former Fort Ord property. We have a new developer for the 360 site and I would like to be part of the team to move the project forward.

Develope the old golf range property as to the entrance of our city it is the first thing that appears. The property should generate good revenue for the city a good use would be recreational use. The property sits in a flood zone, so whatever goes there has to be carefully planned.

Work on improving the city infrastructure, roadway, sidewalks, parks which are presently in a state of disrepair.

I am asking for your vote in that I may represent you in the future of our city.
