Candidate for
Director; Mount View Sanitary District

As a member of the Board of Directors for Mt. View Sanitary District; I have had the pleasure to serve as a Board Member, twice as Vice-President of the Board and also twice as President of the Board.

MVSD is a unique environment. They have a strong staff that works together and takes great pride in providing the community with a cost effective, environmentally friendly facility that meets all regulatory requirements. The staff is always proactive in planning for the health, safety, environmental and fiscal aspects of its business and the community it serves.

My job as an elected MVSD board member is to represent the rate paying customers within the district. The other board members, the MVSD staff, and myself work together to make sure the district is prioritized in doing the right things at the right time, for the best possible cost. The awards and accomplishments that MVSD has made in its service to the community are too numerous to list here.

I would love to be reelected to the MVSD Board. It would be an honor to continue to serve my community and a privilege to continue to serve as a MVSD Board member. Whether I am reelected or not, whoever gets a chance to be a part of MVSD either as a Board member or customer, is extremely fortunate. It makes you feel proud to be a part of, or to be served by an organization such as MVSD.
