This is a copy of information submitted to elections officials by the candidate

My name is: Franklin E. Onwubuariri

My age is:

My occupation is: Fitness Trainer

Education and Qualifications:

I am Franklin E. Onwubuariri and I am running for San Pablo City Council because I believe in a strong community that actively raises its youth, nurtures neighborhood relationships and embraces its elders.

Since moving here seven years ago, my family has been blessed to be a part of a community that is friendly and safe, a community that cares about the environment and has a strong sense of identity. I want San Pablo to continue moving forward.

I believe that the wide assortment of my volunteer experiences in San Pablo has provided me with the background and preparation to be an effective member on the Council. I can bring a fresh perspective to the Council.

I believe that we need to forge strong partnerships with our school district and look for new ways to promote education and activities. Providing at- risk youth with opportunities that keep them, and the community, safe will be a priority of mine.

I see the need to work with our existing businesses to keep them open and operating in San Pablo. We need to look for ways to attract new businesses to our city.

I will support housing opportunities that enable people to be healthy, caring, productive and responsible throughout life. We need to allow our seniors to age in place, and we must make housing affordable to families who are just starting out.

I humbly request your vote for Franklin E. Onwubuariri for the San Pablo City Council.
