Education and Qualifications:

I believe public service is an honored privilege. The opportunity to serve my fellow citizens in a fair, unbiased manner, is truly something I do not take lightly. My background includes 10 years as a Board of Director with Delta Baseball League, serving in many capacities, including President for 3 years. Within my tenure, I implemented the Freedom League, which is a division for developmental^ and physically challenged children and young adults. I feel I bring many useful facets to the Byron Union School District. I want to help the school district continue to grow in a positive direction and be a desired destination for our kids, and families moving to our community. I want to work with our incredible educators to have an open line of communication and hear their input on what would make our district a better place to work. As the parent of a special needs child, as well as two typical children, I bring my experience to make sure the district is serving the needs of all children. In closing, I want to ensure BUSD remains one of the best districts in California, and look forward to working for you for the next 4 years!
