Candidate for
Director; Feather River Recreation and Park District; Full Term

If elected, I would work diligently to find a way to restructure the debt to make it more manageable. I would seek to cut any superfluous spending, freeze wages until the District is solvent again, but then only give wage increases based on merit, and look for grants specific to current maintenance needs on existing parks and buildings. I would put all available revenues and other money sources toward paying down the debt on the building first, as it carries the highest interest rate.

I would make it a priority as well to listen to the people I represent, and be vigilant/diligent about tending to the needs of the entire District.

I believe strongly in our Godly heritage and Constitutional Rule of Law. I take serious my oath of office to uphold our Constitution, abide by all policies and procedures, and would devote myself to my responsibilities as a Board Director.
