Political Philosophy for Mark L. Wadley
Candidate for |
I have talked with a number of people in this city. Some within city agencies and boards, and some the citizen on the street. One of the biggest complaints is that the various arms of the city do not work well with each other. I am a Surgical Tech for Kaiser. My job is to assist a surgeon and interact with the rest of the staff to ensure a successful outcome. We work with seamless teamwork. I would like to bring that philosophy to the city. Not only would time and headaches be saved, but revenue that is spent in endless research into who needs more money can be saved, and distributed out to those same agencies. I have an accounting background and tend to be conservative when it comes to spending. Far reaching plans are fine, if they are within our means. I would like to see the Downtown project, the Warm Springs projects, and other come to fruition, but not at the expense of reducing public safety or services. My friends and family live here in Fremont. I want this city to progress to a great future that all residents of Fremont can be proud of. |
