Selecting the Wright Candidate

I learned form the best what it means to fight, that you start at the top and work your way to the bottom, not coming up for air until you have reached your desired goal.

Out of all the candidates for the 25th Congressional District from California I am the only one who makes less then $50,000.00 a year and does not need a big house on a hill or a long drive way to live. I am perfectly happy living where I currently live. This is why I am challenging my opponents to take the following pledge with me and show the great people of California's 25th Congressional District that they are not seeking to get rich off of their tax dollars.

My Pledge: If I am honored with being elected to represent you I pledge not to take a car, gas card or any reimbursement for the use of my own car. I will not take anymore per-diem then the cost of my air fare and will not eat meals if committee meetings or House sessions run into the late night. I will not take the pension and I will not take campaign donations from lobbyists that benefit form decisions I make or votes I cast sitting on any given committee, even though it is allowed if disclosed properly I feel it is morally and ethically wrong.

The time has come for our leaders to lead by example because they want to make a difference and not get rich off of the people of our great country.
