Bill Dunlap, DBIA President, Partner - Slater Builders Inc. Costa Mesa, Calif. Bill has been in the construction industry in Southern California for 40 years. Bill has worked for the Koll Company, Cabot, Cabot and Forbes and spent 11 years at The Irvine Company as Vice President of Construction before joining Slater Builders in 2003. He has been a guest lecturer at UCI , Whittier College and at DBIA conferences. Bill is a board member of the Center for Constitutional Jurisprudence, Friends for Saving Calif. Jobs and the Calif. Center for Construction Education and past trustee of Menlo College. In 2010 Bill founded the God and Governance Forum which is held quarterly in Orange County . The forum emphasizes the connection between our country's founding and our Judeo +Christian heritage. Bill is a 3rd generation, 50 year member of St. James Anglican Church in Newport Beach. Bill has been married to his wife Jann for 29 years and together they have 3 grown children
